Absolutely disgusting service ! Sent an old iPad Air back and they quoted £74 .
All in perfectly working order when I sent it . Had an email today stating the quote had changed to £14.80 !! Smashed screen , faulty screen , colour failed test !! I can’t wait to see what it comes back like as if it is damaged .

Following on from my recent review after them saying my phone was faulty when they received it yet was in perfect working order when I sent. I enquired as to why they have not returned my phone back to me to be told they have recycled my property without my consent ! I will be taking legal action this is theft of my property and you have destroyed my property absolutely disgusting

Excellent customer service!

I had an issue with the delivery (courier issue not Envirofone) which meant I never actually received parcel. After going back and forth with the courier, I contacted Envirofone and spoke to an amazing gentleman called Andrew (I am sure), he went above and beyond to help me secure another iPad (only one available was an upgrade on the one purchased, which I received at no extra cost).

The iPad was for my daughters birthday and he went over and above to make sure I received the item in time, to ensure I had one happy girl.

This is the 4th time I have bought some kind of technology from them and will continue to do so for the foreseeable, given for wonderful they are!

Thank you again Andrew! … If you haven’t already ask for a pay rise, you deserve it ;)

Where is my charger? You sent me a Samsung charger for a Huawei phone and I can't charge it

Sent the wrong phone and even the wrong charger for that wrong phone. Have been nice on email and offered to get it returned, will see how that goes but a lot of effort and time without having a phone.

As per a number of reviews I want to warn anyone considering selling a tablet or smartphone through this company, in the light of my own experience. I sent them a less than 3 years old Ipad, which was in immaculate condition and fully working, for which I was initially offered £200 if I sent it to them. Upon their receipt of the Ipad the offer was downgraded to £50 for an alleged screen fault, even though the Ipad was working perfectly when I sent it. I therefore asked for the Ipad to be returned to me, as I knew I could get substantially more than £50 if I sold it on Ebay. However it was clear to me that the Ipad that was returned was not the original one sent as it had numerous screen scratches and wouldn't turn on! Envirophone said they couldn't investigate the matter further unless I could provide the serial number of my original Ipad, which as it was received as a present 3 years ago I was unable to do. Very reluctantly I sent the damaged Ipad back to at least receive the £50 which they said this Ipad was worth. Although Envirfone agreed to this, their whole practice seems to be thoroughly unscrupulous and I would seriously warn any potential customers against selling through them.

Brilliant service. Money £20 more than offer and paid into my account 4 hours after phone received.

Everything was great , phone is in good condition, arrived promptly all was good . Till Royal Mail posted it through the letter box and it landed on stone tiles, we were in waiting for it to come , they didn’t even knock on the door!

Absolutely disgusted. I was told my phone was worth £190 by envirofone. It was in perfect order i was only changing as I got an upgrade. I sent it off and they said the screen was faulty and would only give me £47. Er no thanks. Looks like some sort of scam so they can get the devices for cheaper!! Won't be using them again.

Brilliant service. Pre-paid box sent to me to send phone in. Kept me informed by e-mail. Money was credited to my account on the day they received the phone. Would definitely recommend.
